Education:Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and practiced as a certified public accountant for ten years before beginning his real estate development career.

ExperiencePrior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Dunaj served as the owner & CEO of GRF Enterprises, Inc. Previously, he served as a board director and executive VP of the Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. both hotel managment and development companies.

• Specializes in the sale of lodging and hospitality properties.
• 25 years of extensive experience in hotel development, management and ownership of his own regional hotel chain operating under the name Luxbury Inn & Suites.
• Acquired in excess of $27 million in capital from select limited partners and debt financing from conventional lenders.
• Led the GRF Enterprises management team, who directed hotel operations and supervised 240 personnel.
• Founded Home Cinema Systems, LLC, a custom theater and audio systems design and installation company for both residential and commercial real estate.
• This company produced over $9 million in revenue prior to its sale in 2002.
• Managed the design, financing, and construction of the GRF and Home Cinema Systems corporate headquarters office building in 1997.
• Personally marketed and negotiated the sales of all Luxbury Inn & Suites hotels from 2001 through 2003.
