Barton W. Weprin

Education:Bart holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Ohio State University. Additionally, he is the past president of the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchanges Association and a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) certification.

Experience:With nearly 13 years experience in commercial real estate, Weprin specializes in the sale of multifamily, office and net lease properties. During the past three years he has secured over 90 transactions valued at nearly $300 million.

• Bart has developed an expertise in multi-family and net-leased properties and has facilitated transactions with local and regional private investors, syndicate and financial institutions.
